Using our designated flat floor, we can check and adjust the alignement of your chassis, measure and correct your corner weights which together will result in a more driver friendly car, improving braking, corner speed and traction.

Suspension tuning maybe the least understood but probaly the best value modification you can make resulting in lower lap times with no extra driver effort.

A basic trackday car suspension set up consists of :

  • Springs tested for poundage and lentgh.
  • Ride height check and adjustment.
  • Caster angle check and adjustment.   (rearend if applicable).
  • Camber angle check and adjustment. (rearend if applicable)
  • Tracking check and adjustment.          (rearend if applicable)
  • Wheelbase check and adjustment if adjustable.
  • Front to Rear wheel alignement.
  • Corner weight check and adjustment.

Full race car suspension set up consists:

  • Springs tested for poundage and lentgh.
  • Ride height check and adjustment.
  • Track width measuerd and adjust to suit regulations and requirements
  • Caster angle check and adjustment.   (rearend if applicable).
  • Camber angle check and adjustment. (rearend if applicable)
  • Tracking check and adjustment.          (rearend if applicable)
  • Rear axle Jigging if required.
  • Wheelbase check and adjustment if adjustable.
  • Bumpsteer check and adjustment.
  • Front to Rear wheel alignement.
  • Tyre sizing (Tyre stagger can very important on Oval racing cars)
  • Shocks dynoed. (enables us to match the shock clicks side to side and find out where your shock absorber is working at its best.)
  • Corner weight check and adjustment.
